Our technicians can perform a lot of the same services remotely that we do in the dealership. From wiper replacements to batteries, multipoint inspections and more, our professionals will do their thing. And free you up to do yours.

What About Service Recalls?

For select recalls an abbreviated multipoint inspection is required to accommodate said recalls. The abbreviated multipoint inspection will include the following:

  • Brake inspection to the best of the technician's ability, since the vehicle will be on the ground.
  • Tire inspection to check for wear and tear
  • Fluid and filter inspection
  • Battery test
  • Wiper inspection for wear and tear

What services are available with Mobile Service?

Routine maintenance services ranging from Batteries to Wiper Replacement. We also offer service for Fluids and Filters, select Software Updates, as well as select Recalls.


Are there location requirements to utilize Ford Mobile Service?

Can I use Ford Service rebates and offers through Mobile Service?

You sure can — Ford Service rebates and offers are eligible except where expressly excluded. Call us at (508) 568-3807 for terms on any dealer specific offers.


Are mechanics screened and certified?

Yes, Mobile Service technicians are Ford factory-trained and certified.

Will my vehicle only get service at the dealership I choose?

Yes.


Is the Ford Pickup & Delivery program available for all repairs?

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is driveable and not part of a roadside collision.
