For 2025, Bronco Sport fans will be thrilled with the debut of the Sasquatch Package, to be offered for the Outer Banks and Badlands trims. This tough-as-nails upgrade will contain a number of components off-road enthusiasts crave, like a twin-clutch rear-drive unit and a locking rear differential (previously exclusive to the Badlands). This package will also furnish chunky all-terrain tires on 29-inch wheels, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, class-exclusive Bilstein rear shocks, and auxiliary switches that allow you to easily activate aftermarket accessories such as flood lights or winches. Further reinforcing its off-road capabilities, the Sasquatch Package will provide a front brush guard, steel skid plates, and modular bumpers ready for customization.
Beyond its off-road prowess, the ‘25 Bronco Sport will be equipped with updated technology. The new 13.2-inch touchscreen, the largest in its class, will house the latest version of the SYNC 4 infotainment system, with standard wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. As another star of the Bronco Sport’s dash, the debuting 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster will have a variety of themes that change on the selected drive mode.
Safety will again be a priority in the ‘25 Bronco Sport, with Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ suite installed on all trims. This comprehensive system consists of important driving aids like automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane keeping assist, driver attention monitoring, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control with lane centering, and evasive steering assist. The Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist 2.0 upgrade will be available for the Outer Banks and standard in the Badlands, adding a surround-view camera, reverse brake assist, and speed sign recognition.
Customization is a key part of the Bronco family’s appeal, and as such Ford makes plenty of modular and accessory-ready components for the redesigned Bronco Sport. The Bronco Bolts system that was popularized in the traditional Bronco will allow for easy customization by letting owners swap out certain parts, such as its new interior grab handles and USB-powered accessory tray, to better suit their needs. Moreover, the ‘25 Bronco Sport will now come with modular steel bumpers and front fenders equipped with tie-downs that can support up to 150 pounds and pop in and out as you see fit, offering greater flexibility for securing rooftop gear.
